Decapitated Teddy Bear Flash Drive

The Decapitated Teddy Bear USB Flash

We didn’t create this…we just felt the need to ween you all off Halloween with this twisted little tech “hack”.

So, if you have a thirst for blood and a need for portable storage, you might want to get all hopped up on leftover candy and take a knife to an adorable stuffed animal. It’s cathartic, creative and more than a little bit creepy.

Get a cute little stuffed animal.

Suggested Victims:
Decapitate Tigger!
Massacre Max & Ruby!
Execute this Elephant!
Waste Woody!

USB Flash Drives:
512 MB - USB Flash Drive
1 GB - USB Flash Drive
2 GB - USB Flash Drive
4 GB - USB Flash Drive

Sever it's head.

Dig out some stuffing and insert the USB memory stick.

Pop the head on to hide the memory stick.

Be the creepy person in the office.

BAD NEWS:
You can’t buy one.

GOOD NEWS:
It’s an easy DIY project.

i laughed out loud at this. i wonder what kind of reactions i would get in the computer lab at the university if i had one of these guys.

sometimes the best kind of “hack” is the one created purely for the sake of being ridiculous. i heartily approve.

@maria - For maximum shock in the computer lab, drip some ketchup down the front of the computer.

hmmmmmmmm… trying to decide if i think this is really cool, or really cruel!! hahaha… ;)

I loved this and shared it with my family. One commented: “I think it is a way to hide a flash drive with sensitive data (Al-Qaeda phone #’s, child porn, ENRON memos) from the FBI.”

    I so enjoy your blog.

Ha ha ha - I definitely want one of those. I’m just heading off to the toy box with a filleting knife….

@Mary Joan Koch - When the FBI pays your family a visit, please make it clear that we don’t know each other ;-)

@Ben - I hope you wear appropriate eye protection while eviscerating the teddy bear. Of course, a few cocktails might work too.

Jessica isn’t insane. She’s making an inside joke about a comment I left on http://www.thepioneerwoman.com.

@ Pierre - I’m starting to think about making a bunch of these and giving them as funny gifts to some clients.

Also, I dropped by your blog. Good stuff. We’re also home schoolers and we loved your piece on the pros and cons. http://all-about-the-kids.blogspot.com/2007/10/homeschooling-advantages-and.html

    Hi

This was taken so badly in our office that a new society has been formed called RESPECT (Royal Emotional Society for the Prevention of Exceptional Cruelty to Teddies)

So far we have one member on long term sick, harassed out of work and another receiving death threats

    Bob

@Bob - Very Funny! I’m so glad we could assist in formation of another “society”. Will they also have a colored ribbon? I just hope they don’t find out we also enjoy drop kicking puppies. Let’s keep that between the two of us eh?

    Best,
    Michael

That picture at the top is very creepy. Only problem is that it won’t fit very well in any computer with the USB ports close together (if you have stuff plugged in) because of the size.
