In this video I show you how I use a brilliantly designed and dirt cheap file holderto keep my active projects organized, in view and easy to retrieve. The system also makes working while traveling a breeze.

Have a good tip…we’d love to hear it.

Very nice — in my days of paper-based files, those would’ve been a godsend (a friend recommended one of those vertical, on-the-desk kind that you mentioned, and it was horrible).
I’ve now migrated to 99% electronic info… in fact, I eliminated all but three file folders from my life a few days ago (well, plus some house stuff that’s in a box in the basement). Everything’s on my computer now, and I love it.
But hey, whatever floats your boat!
Thanks again for sharing, Michael. Your site rocks.
Stumbled upon your site and love the simplicity of the idea. I recently converted to GTD system and been successful at it and love the approaches you use by keeping things clean and simple.
Great work - Great Site.
Hi Patrick,
Welcome to the wonderful world of GTD. I’m glad to hear you’ve been having some success with it. It definitely makes my life a lot easier.
Also, thanks for the nice comment. I’m glad you like the idea. I’m constantly refining the ways I work and live. I hope you’ll stop by and share any good ideas you come across in the future.
Best,
Michael
