Excellent point! Both of Hannah's parents are educators and feel the same way. It's one of the many reasons we home school.

Just a thought in passing - most classroom teachers would be creative if left to their own devices rather than be force fed curriculum by politicians who think they understand education and the process of learning.

Thank you for posting this! I absolutely loved it and it was very timely as my son's preschool is "concerned" that he will be labeled ADHD when he goes to kindergarten. I was watching him dance along with the TV last night and had to hold back the tears. Also, this led me to another awesome video of Elizabeth Gilbert on genius: http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/elizabeth_gilbert_on_genius.html - also recommended by Tim Ferriss on his twitter a few hours ago :)

I absolutely loved this Ted talk. I'm trying to find more stuff by Robinson.

It's fun to see how similar our interests are.

By the way, how is baby?
